Workflow optimization strategy

How might the new Pickup riser create an engine layout to maximize labor efficiency, order consolidation, and customer identification?

Designing a product for baristas means designing a magic wand that enables baristas to become a superhero, so every customer feels uplifted through their Starbucks experience.

Shipping products to stores requires working within an aggressive development timeline, designing for mass production with a shipping cost constraint, risk & safety assessment, and more—while creating a functional and aesthetic design in parallel.
